Gene Robinson SAYS it’s time for Hillary Clinton to smell the coffee. Her bid for the nomination is over.
UPDATE: Sunday’s New York Times has THIS PIECE, which quotes a Clinton confidante as saying somberly that the former First Lady “knows that there will be an end” to her campaign.

And you sexist people were putting down poor Mary Matalin on her ‘good’ looks? Hillary is quite a catch? Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and all women…even Mary and Hillary should not be subjected to sexism in this ‘progressive’ web site.

Who said anything about Matalin’s looks? Coldhotel said: “Never could understand what Carville saw in this woman.” In reply, I said: “Or vice versa.” I can’t speak for coldhotel, but my remark had to do with the annoying personalities of both Matalin and Carville.

Of the two Democratic candidates, Clinton would make the better President, and our country would benefit more from her administration. Unfortunately she’s not electable. Karl Rove would never allow it.

I’m afraid we’ll never know how good a president Hillary might be. Same goes for John McCain.
