Another Republican demonstrates his superior patriotism:
Applesauce
Pat Cunningham offers an unabashedly liberal perspective on national politics. A note of caution: The language gets a litttle salty on some of the sites to which this blog links. So, don’t say you weren’t warned. By the way, this blog’s name is inspired by the Will Rogers quote, “All politics is applesauce.” |

Some prominent Catholic guy is COMPLAINING about an endorsement of John McCain by some anti-Catholic guy.
No word yet from God as to whom he might endorse. Mike Huckabee remains hopeful, perhaps even confident.

When Harry Truman was in the U.S. Senate, he famously rode herd on defense contractors who were selling shoddy and overpriced materiel during World War II.
John McCain is NO HARRY TRUMAN.

Mr. Straight Talk was born in the Panama Canal Zone, which raises constitutional  QUESTIONS about his eligibility to run for president.
On behalf of Barack Obama, I say let McCain run. Please, let him run. Please.
