I am ‘old and bitter and shriveled up’

Tom McMahon says he DOESN’T LIKE ME anymore.
Just because I dissed Bill Buckley.
OK, Tom. I’ll admit to being old and bitter, but not shriveled up (although I would do well to shrivel away about 20 pounds).Â

Pat, at the risk of sounding a lot like Simon Cowell here, it’s not that I don’t like you, it’s more that I’ve been disappointed as of late. Your dark side wickededness was always an asset for you because it was balanced with your puckish sense of humor. Where is that these days? I have faith that it will return, which is why I’m not taking you off my blogroll.

You want humor, Tom? How about a good joke?: These two Irish guys walk out of a bar….Hey, it could happen.

Traveling salesman - farmer’s daughter joke? It’s been at least 20 years since I heard one of those . . .
