UPDATE: A gang of right-wingers is LAUNCHING what they call the Bush Legacy Project. That ought to be good for a few laughs.

Maybe that is why is always smirking! They really don\’t have to worry about his legacy-it will live on and our grandchildren will still be paying for it.
