Overall this plan sounds pretty good, but it is very lacking in specifics.
Withdrawing troops, diplomatic negotiations with other nations in the region and bringing effective humanitarian aide to Iraq all sound good,but the execution is difficult. The plan doesn’t address how all this will work and what happens if one of the many groups in Iraq doesn’t cooperate. Still, it may be a good starting point. There are no easy answers and our present course has been a disaster.
