Bruce Springsteen of “Born in the USA” fame has ENDORSED Barack Obama for president.
That ought to do it.
UPDATE: More good news for Obama. He’s got the support of these white-haired women:

By the way, Chuck, I enjoyed your piece (http://blogs.e-rockford.com/sweenyreport/2008/04/15/obamas-bitter-critics-werent-going-to-vote-for-a-black-man-anyway/) about the Obama bitterness controversy. Some of your commenters were a little nutty, which is always fun to read. What Obama was trying to say is said at great length in Thomas Frank’s book, “What’s the Matter With Kansas.”
