Applesauce
Pat Cunningham offers an unabashedly liberal perspective on national politics. A note of caution: The language gets a litttle salty on some of the sites to which this blog links. So, don’t say you weren’t warned. By the way, this blog’s name is inspired by the Will Rogers quote, “All politics is applesauce.”

Good idea, let’s discourage the use of accurate descriptions. Government obfuscation is the way to go. Of course the record of saying nothing about Islamofascism ain’t all that hot either. Anyone remember the vitriol on 9/10/01? Me neither.

Bob: Are you inclined to disobey the dictates of the Department of Homeland Security? Do you not honor the Patriot Act and other federal mandates aimed at preventing the enemy from sapping our precious bodily fluids? Sorry, Bob, but I’m going to have to report you to the authorities. By the way, Bob, you’re under video surveillance at this very moment. Give us a wave and a cheerful “hi,” will ya?
