This went so well yesterday, I thought I’d give it another whirl.
I’m off to do a radio gig with Ken DeCoster on WNTA this morning, and I’ve got errands to run.
Chat among yourselves in my absence.

In my opinion the thread from yesterday revealed:
1. Mike won the debate on energy….no one else has a clue.

Talk radio ain’t easy. I did it for five years, ultimately failed and got fired. But I was glad for the experience.

We could solve our energy problems if all the joggers and runners were forced to do such exercise on a community treadmill. Of course, too much exercise is bad for the environment. It needlessly burns calories, and replacing them means more crops, more chemicals, more trucks, etc. People should exercise only to be fit. Once you’ve achieved fitness, additional exercise isn’t going to make you more fit. It’s only going to invite injuries and, as I say, further befoul the environment. Whew! All this blogging wears me out. I’m gonna take a nap.

Hey, I have a list of Rockford Area Blogs.
It isn’t a very big list, there have to be more so you know of any that should be added drop by and leave them in the comments and I will add them.
Thanks,
David

I’m with you on the treadmill.
Can I buy exercise credits?

Bob: I don’t accumulate enough exercise credits to have any available for sale. Sorry. Now, time for another nap.
