Me thinks this guy is the perfect candidate for free health care…can you say a poster child for type 2 diabetes…..This guy thinks Obama appeals to the left and right? Obama…the most liberal voting record by a living senator can appeal to the right? This guy was NEVER a republican.

Kaus: Where do you get off saying this guy was never a Republican? How do you know that? Really, how do you know that? You don’t. And that “most liberal record” stuff is crap. It’s from a National Journal study that categorized as liberal such legislation as a requirement that the Department of Homeland Security check all cargo containers entering the United States for nukes and stuff, and a bill to establish a Senate Office of Public Integrity to handle ethics complaints against senators. You think that’s far-out liberal stuff? But what galls me here, Kaus, is you calling that veteran a liar when you know absolutely nothing about him. Not a damn thing. And what’s that crack about diabetes? What’s that about, Kaus? Are you referring to the guy being a bit overweight? Yeah, that’s really germane to what he was saying. Man, you are a real piece of work.
