		<description>Someone should ask Obama what constitutes a recession.  &lt;a&gt;Dr. Phil Gramm&lt;/a&gt; is an economist and knows of what he speaks.  There has been NO recession since the end of the last one in November of 2002.  Obama speaks of high gas prices--yet has consistently refused to call for lower gas taxes, additional drilling or an increase in nuclear power.</description>
