    Someone should ask Obama what constitutes a recession. Dr. Phil Gramm is an economist and knows of what he speaks. There has been NO recession since the end of the last one in November of 2002. Obama speaks of high gas prices–yet has consistently refused to call for lower gas taxes, additional drilling or an increase in nuclear power.
