  “Exxon Mobil once again reported the largest quarterly profit in U.S. history Thursday, posting net income of $11.68 billion on revenue of $138 billion in the second quarter.

  That profit works out to $1,485.55 a second. ”

  It’s SOOO patriotic to drill OUR oil…AMERICA first,right???
  Exxon will probably just GIVE it to AMERICANS,ya think???

  The Democrats need to make up their minds. Either you’re for high gas prices in order to facilitate the development of new fuels, or you’re against high gas prices and will do what’s necessary to bring more to market. Using the excuse that it will take 10 years for new oil to come online could have been floated 10 years ago too. Doesn’t make it logical now.

  unmanager….Exxon gives almost half its profits to the government, and shares the rest with stockholders….9 percent margin….you should be happy they are prosperous. You and your liberal blind mice will never understand that though.
