    Seems to be lots of that going around on both sides of the aisle. Sort of like these Democrats wanting to do the same to other Democrats. I’ve got no problem with people taking principled stands–do you?

    Bob: I don’t know of any Democratic honchos telling Democratic congressional candidates to bash Democratic lawmakers and shun the Democratic convention.

    That’s weird. How are the GOP challengers going to know which GOP incumbants to bash? All of them? Or has the RNC provided a list of potential targets? I’m sure Sen. Stevens (AK) and Sen. Craig (ID) are bashees to be. But who else? Maybe they’ll concentrate on seats the GOP doesn’t have a snowball’s chance in hell of keeping. That could be a pretty long list all things considered. The color red is fading quickly in a lot of areas. And wasn’t this what the primary elections are for? Hmmmm.
