Applesauce
Pat Cunningham offers an unabashedly liberal perspective on national politics. A note of caution: The language gets a litttle salty on some of the sites to which this blog links. So, don’t say you weren’t warned. By the way, this blog’s name is inspired by the Will Rogers quote, “All politics is applesauce.”

New McCain ad has Democrats praising him

August 7th, 2008 at 03:09pm Pat Cunningham

The first ad here conveys several messages, the last of which is that Hillary Clinton deserved to lose the Democratic nomination.

The second ad, a response from the Democrats,  shows that people in the first ad have changed their minds.

Eight years ago I would have voted for the man.
But since then it seems the wrinkly white-haired dude has sold his soul.

Yeah, Hoke and LD, we’re a bunch of flip-floppers. I, too, used to admire McCain. But then he got into bed with the same scumbags who slimed him eight years ago.
