Applesauce
Pat Cunningham offers an unabashedly liberal perspective on national politics. A note of caution: The language gets a litttle salty on some of the sites to which this blog links. So, don’t say you weren’t warned. By the way, this blog’s name is inspired by the Will Rogers quote, “All politics is applesauce.”

Is Obama getting a big bounce from McCain’s houses gaffe?

This meta-analysis stuff from a neuroscience professor is pretty arcane, but the payoff for our purposes can be found by clicking on the last of the five links in THIS PIECE.

The bottom line is that Obama seems to have picked about 20 electoral votes from John McCain’s embarrassment of domicile riches.

Looking around at other post just seems to be loaded with McCain Questions.

Questions about Houses, Cars, Military Records, $50.00 per hour jobs that
    Americans wont do.

    But are they fair ?

This 2007 interview reveals McCain not only doesn’t know how many houses he owns ….

He doesn’t even know what kind of car he drives:

As with Politico’s question about home ownership, he didn’t know and had to ask a nearby aide.

“A Cadillac CTS,” she told him.

So, Is McCain an Elitist ?

Of course not, Name me one Joe Six Pack who can remember how many houses he owns.

And the Car ?, Hey, Who remembers what kind of car you drive ??? Geez

It’s like the Liberal Left Wing Media is trying to portray McCain as an elitist
right wing nut case and Republican stooge simply because he cant remember these things.

Could anyone realisticly remember these things ?

Could anyone doubt that there is not a single American who would pick lettice
    for $50.00 an hour ??

    Comon, Get Real :)
