Rove wants McCain to pick Romney; Lieberman tells Rove to shove it?

John McCain is expected to ANNOUNCE tomorrow his choice for a running mate on the Republican ticket.
According to THIS PIECE, notorious sleazemeister Karl Rove favors Mitt Romney for the veep slot and recently told Joe Lieberman that he should withdraw himself from consideration. Lieberman reportedly rejected Rove’s advice.
However, semi-retired columnist Bob Novak SAYS Lieberman has, in fact, demurred and has told McCain that he would be a disastrous choice as a running mate.
On the other hand, New York Times conservative columnist David Brooks suggested last night on PBS that President Bush wants McCain to pick Lieberman.
Meanwhile, the Religious Right stands ready to kick up a fuss if McCain chooses a pro-choicer like Lieberman, Tom Ridge or Kay Bailey Hutchison.
I’m still betting on Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty, but I probably won’t be disappointed if I’m wrong. Actually, I hope it’ll be Romney.
UPDATE: Now McCain SAYS he hasn’t yet made up his mind on a running mate.

My bet is the hug fest will continue on with the Bush Lieberman McCain Menage-a-trois.

(By the way, To all of our knuckle dragging spit dripping McCaniacs, That’s French.
No disrespect Pat, Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty would and should be the logical choice considering the baggage that would come with the other contending superego’s.
However, My guess is that McCain better known by us realist as McSame will not disappoint nor disrupt that circle of love by attempting to bring in a forth into that circle.
Another reason is I believe without reservation that if Dubya wants McSame to pick Lieberman, Then Lieberman it will be is that McCain will continue to take orders and advice from Georgie regardless of what KKKarl Rove has to say about it.
McCAIN, Lieberman and Bushed are connected to the hip among other places and this show of man love will continue.
So Joe “Joe-Mentum” Lieberman will be hugging John “Stright Talking” McCain on stage at the Republican National Convention and could possibly be joined by Bush as well as two historic events will unravel that night.
One being the most obnoxious Menage-a-trois in American history and on National T.V.
Two being a past Democratic Veep Nominee now showcasing his talents
as the Republican Veep Nominee.
Obama you see isn’t the only bird that will be making history during this campaign

you mean anatomicallly, not socially. At first glance I was preparing to laugh.
Whichever running mate Crazy Johnnie picks, it won’t really matter.
Years from now the two of them will only be known as a footnote in history.
