If you’re one of those who believe that the media never give conservative Republicans a break, you won’t want to read THIS. It’ll only confuse you.

Interesting, but it proves nothing, other than the MSM occaisionally don\’t cover some stories well, or ignoring them somehow fit into their agenda. But, by and large, they are still heavily biased to the Left. And some are SO far in the tank for Obama, that they pee all over themselves whenever his name is mentioned, like the Far-Leftist lapdogs that they are.

“But, by and large, they are still heavily biased to the Left. And some are SO far in the tank for Obama….”
Oh, really? OK, let’s do some comparison shopping, shall we?
Definitely “in the tank” for Obama:
Keith Olbermann
Rachel Maddow
Jack Cafferty
Chuck Todd
Alan Colmes
Definitely “in the tank” for McCain:
Wolf Blitzer
Lou Dobbs
Brit Hume
Joe Scarborough
Rush Limbaugh
Chris Wallace
Glenn Beck
Mike Gallagher
Neil Boortz
Laura Ingraham
Billo the Clown
Sean Hannity
Shep Smith
Neil Cavuto
John Gibson
Michael Reagan
Cast of “Fox and Friends”
Looks pretty lopsided to me, Sparky.
You right-wingnuts will believe ANYTHING that you are spoon-fed by Fox News!

Excellent piece Pat. I believe it really started as a major strategy of Ronald Reagan, and to the credit of the conservatives, they’re been very effective using it. From our invasion of Grenada to Iran-Contra, the collapse of the savings and loan industry, the Willie Horton ads, all-time high federal deficits, the swift-boat attacks, our reasons for invading Iraq and so much more, the main stream media has not done its job. It’s a combination of incompetence and intimidation from the right. Ronald Reagan was called the teflon President for good reason.

Orlando: Even MSNBC sometimes gives McCain the best of it, as they did with this “text” question for viewers, which allowed for no negative options:
What do you feel McCain’s speech accomplished the most?
A. Inspired the nation
B. Explained what motivated his presidential run
C. Outlined his policy priorities if elected
D. Positioned himself as the tough maverick for change

Orlando - If you were only able to find 5 in the tank for Obama, you better lay off the Kool Aid and do a little more extensive search like turning on the TV or looking into the fact that the Clinton campaign complained vigorously about Obama Bias in the media. If it was true with her, any chance it is more true when he is put against McCain? Give me a break. You guys get so bent out of shape because Fox leans right (which I have zero problem admitting), do you really not see the bias leaning left with the majority of the rest of the outlets? Equal time does not mean equally glowing coverage. Russert was a pretty good standard in my opinion because he went after everyone with vigor, there are very few like him these days. Some on your side will admit the bias, why can’t you?

Notice the list from the Right-Wing-Nuts
of the Obama Leaning Media ?

If there’s one thing I’ve learned over the years about Republican Campaign Rhetoric,
Its their utter distain for those who question their view of reality.
Their Motto ?
Why let facts ruin a good rant
