Political chain e-mails, whether they’re targeting Obama or McCain, usually are false

Applesauce
Pat Cunningham offers an unabashedly liberal perspective on national politics. A note of caution: The language gets a litttle salty on some of the sites to which this blog links. So, don’t say you weren’t warned. By the way, this blog’s name is inspired by the Will Rogers quote, “All politics is applesauce.” |

I would make the same comment about Pat’s posts on his blog

There are, however, real e-mails bouncing around out there. As I reported in my blog, The Sweeny Report, the Anne Kilkenny e-mail critical of Sarah Palin is real, and Anne is a real live Democrat in Wasilla Alaska who is no fan of Sarah from her days as mayor.
There’s a pro-Palin letter out there, too, and it appears to be the real deal. It coms from Wildman Lodge, wildmanlodge.com, owners Kathy and Butch King. They like Palin, but the letter seems to have another purpose, too — advertising the Wildman Lodge, a hunting and fishing resort in southwest Alaska. Looks nice!
