Whoa…..In a simple stroke, that article symbolizes McCains complete and utter lack of understanding of the financial crisis. He must have penned this very recently to have been included in the Sept/Oct issue. Bear Stearns, in March of this year, signaled the beginning of a Sea Change that he apparently is completely unaware.
