Something about the Wall Street bailout deal has an undemocratic (small “d”) whiff to it

There’s quite a buzz on the Internet tonight about this paragraph, among others, in the proposed legislation aimed at curbing the mortgage crisis:
“Decisions by the Secretary pursuant to the authority of this Act are non-reviewable and committed to agency discretion, and may not be reviewed by any court of law or any administrative agency.”
Your thoughts?

The takeover of America is almost complete, without a shot being fired. The sheep lay in the fields watching American Idol on their big screen TVs. Starting with the installation of George Bush the puppet, and ending with the installation of an old man with dementia, and his ineffective backup puppet. Most don’t even realize what has happened to America.
What shall the book title be called?
