Presidential voting starts today

All this talk about election day falling on Nov. 4 is misleading. As much as one-third of the electorate will already have voted by then.
Most states allow EARLY VOTING in one form or another, and balloting begins today in Virginia, Kentucky and Georgia. Early voting here in Illinois begins on Oct. 13.
