Applesauce
Pat Cunningham offers an unabashedly liberal perspective on national politics. A note of caution: The language gets a litttle salty on some of the sites to which this blog links. So, don’t say you weren’t warned. By the way, this blog’s name is inspired by the Will Rogers quote, “All politics is applesauce.”

From DailyKos, we have this NICE LITTLE COLLECTION of debate reactions, including links to some rabid stuff from the right-wing blogosphere.

Enjoy!

    Yawn

Barry had to take out web ads to try to pretend that he won

If say something enough times, you even start to believe it. It was a debate comparing what someone had done to what someone says their going to do.

Bouncy, do you mean like the “McCain Wins Debate” ad a certain candidate took out on the Wall Street Journal Web site — on Friday, BEFORE THE DEBATE HAD TAKEN PLACE?

The biggest shock to me was Obama with a flag pin, NONE on Old Johnny…if the situation was reversed it would be a McCain ad…..

could anyone find the palin pig on spin alley after the debate? methinks she is still in hiding. mcsame must be really afraid of her opening her pie hole. the debate on thursday will expose her for the moronic fraud that mcliar perpetrated on the country. of course it is in St. Louis which is on the MIssissippi River which flows south to nawlins which is full of cajuns so pallie bimbo will get some foreign policy experience and come away as an expert on France.

Just heard Henry Kissinger speaking, he does NOT agree with Obama on Iran like Obama said during the debate. McCain was correct.

  • 8. Roger  |  September 27th, 2008 at 4:24 pm

DingDong I heard it too. Kissinger also said what Obama wants to do would be very dangerous and bad for America. So Obama lied and was wrong and McCain was correct

Roger: Does not matter, because style beats substance……

    Did someone mention Sarah Palin?

  • 11. Henry  |  September 27th, 2008 at 11:34 pm

After watching her interview with Couric, I can’t wait for the veep debate. I’m sure she will look nice (style), and won’t give a single coherent answer to any question (lack of substance). The veep debates don’t matter to the election, but it’s still going to be fun to watch.
