I don't agree with everything anybody does. This is not a clean bill. I read through it and I think it is shameful that something so important was used as a vehicle for pork. It has some more tax breaks baked into it. So, anyone who did not vote for it, would be labeled someone who did not vote for a tax cuts. It also has some crazy environmental legislation.
