If new voters turn out as expected, Obama wins big; if not, well….

A new poll out tonight SAYS 13 percent of registered voters are expected to be first-time voters in this election, in which case Barack Obama will win in a blowout.
But, if new voters don’t show in such big numbers, the race could be close.

You’re assuming that first-time voters are going to vote for Obama. I don’t think that’s a safe assumption.
I know several young people who will be proud to cast their vote for McCain.

how can anyone be proud to cast a vote for a VP candidate who is probably going to be indicted. There is yet another Alaska inquiry going on for her stealing taxpayer money to house herself in her own home, have her brood tag along with her on the taxpayers’ dime and allow her and the clan to meet the first dude at the finish line of a snow machine race….yeah, she is a fine specimen who had her house built for FREE by contractors who she gave a huge government contract to while mayor–this lady (and i use the term loosely) is all about lining her own pockets with tax dollars like her good buddy who she still supports, Criminal Ted Stevens…and, like stevens loves to abuse her power…Proud? you gotta be kidding me–and most young folks are too smart to be fooled by that moron and her b.s. “folksy” crafted image…I think Tina Fey would get more votes from the young
