The Rev. Joseph Illo (above), of Modesto, Calif., has ADMONISHED parishioners who voted for Barack Obama to confess that “sin” before receiving communion, lest they commit a sacrilege.
Exit polls showed that Democrat Obama was supported by 54 percent of Catholic voters over Republican John McCain.

When the Catholic Church does the right thing about their priests molesting children, then they can start admonishing people about their “sins”. Until then, they need to STFU.

Maybe the catholic church along with rev. joseph illo should leave the U.S. Since the U.S. Constitutional Law Protects Abortion. Is he not a hypocrite for living in the U.S. amongst people who created and supported such mortal laws of sin? What about the war killing thousands of innocent Children, Woman, and Man?
By the way… when was the church such a virtuous state. Seeing since the beginning of time it has advocated violence and has taken rights away from the weak (Children and Women being rapped by priest).
On another note did not these priests take an oath of poverty? So why is it that we have such poverty yet the priests live in such luxury? Hypocrisy… that is what I say!

Really what this person is doing is threatening people with divine retribution if they don”t agree with his politics.

What is this “Rapping” of women and children to which you refer? I’ve never heard of such an act, outside of it’s music industry definition, but, it sounds like it must be awful.
