Whomever Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich chooses to replace Barack Obama in the U.S. Senate, the appointment could be tainted by Blago’s bad reputation.
Here’s an OVERVIEW.

Is he going to use State aircraft to fly to and from work every day, like he does now?

The pressure is on to pick a black of course. If Blago was in his first or second year he would, but i don’t think he has to pander to anyone. He may as well appoint himself. I would. What the heck, six years of roses and huge pension and bennies. He has no friends any more anyway. And to stiff Jesse Jackson and Junior do-nothing would just be priceless!

Looks like Blago isn’t going to be making that choice now, since he has been arrested for, among other things, trying to sell Obama’s Senate seat. Ryan may get his new cellmate sooner than we thought.

MAY carry taint? MAY? LOL Gosh, I voted for the guy too. I’m betting he won’t be winning his next term.
