It’s a lot easier to layoff a male than a female. Lawsuits costs trump wage savings. Just ask the big companies in Rockford extorted by the EEOC. They only need to show that more females are let go than males and Game Over. Then Millions of dollars of “healing” are ordered. The sharks are always watching for new prey.
