Here’s a nice COLLECTION OF IDIOCIES from such pseudo-oracles as Bill Kristol, Charles Krauthammer and Henry Paulson.

Applesauce
Pat Cunningham offers an unabashedly liberal perspective on national politics. A note of caution: The language gets a litttle salty on some of the sites to which this blog links. So, don’t say you weren’t warned. By the way, this blog’s name is inspired by the Will Rogers quote, “All politics is applesauce.” |

What? No contributions to this list from Fox News analyst (and Clinton turncoat) Dick Morris, who came up with these pearls of prognostication:
From his column entitled “McCain’s Brilliant Move,” written by Morris shortly after McCain suspended his campaign to supposedly deal with the financial crisis: “This bold move by McCain is about to work. Big time.”
Other Dick Morris proclamations: The bad economy would cost Obama the election. Not making Hillary his VP candidate was a disaster, and it would end up costing him the women’s vote, sending them flocking to the McCain/Palin ticket, (Obama ended up winning the female vote by 13 points.)

Dick Morris just likes to hear his own voice.
