Big brouhaha over Biden’s gaffe on flu
April 30th, 2009 at 10:41am Pat Cunningham
Vice President Joe Biden was on network TV this morning, WARNING against travel on planes or trains in light of the swine flu outbreak.
Within minutes, Biden faced a firestorm of accusations that he was unduly arousing public panic. See HERE and HERE and HERE.
THIS GUY is so upset with the vice president that he wants him to resign over the flu gaffe.
UPDATE: THIS GUY says “Biden may be right to induce a bit of panic.”

Oops. Looks like its time to hide Joe again. Just like during the campaign.

Joe Biden: The poster child for “Foot in Mouth” disease. I wonder if he also O.K.’ed the Air Force One photo op over New York?

No matter which party you like or hate.
Whether we argue about things in this blog
Whether we get along all the time or not.
There is one thing I hope we can all agree upon.
That is we are all Americans and this is the best country to live in in the world!!

At least until Obama and the Liberal/Socialists convert it into a nanny-state, and/or drive it into bankruptcy.

Don’t forget, Grasshopper, that it was your beloved Failure-in-Chief W. who turned the ignition key that started that so-called drive into bankruptcy.
Where were you silly Cons when Bush was spending billions of dollars every week on his little nation-building jaunt into Iraq? You Cons love to spout “Freedom Isn’t Free!” in the faces of those who justifiably denounce the war in Iraq (the war in Afghanistan is a completely different story). Well, I got news for you, snuss, and all the other members of Dubya’s 82nd Chairborne Division: “War Isn’t Free Either!”
When will you Cons understand that it’s YOUR failed ideology and YOUR failed economic policies that have put us in this precarious situation. It’s President Obama and we Libs who are doing every thing to save this economy from the path to destruction that YOU put us on.
Get a clue, snuss.

I have a feeling that in a week or two Biden’s advice won’t seem quite as silly as it does today.

I agree hokumboy. Let’s hope not, but maybe Joe is telling us what the rest of the administration is afraid to.

I saw the interview. Biden was asked how he would advise his own family and he truthfully responded.

Maybe so dudess, but then why was everybody bumping into each other trying to tell us what he rally meant to say?
