CBS, PGA disown Feherty’s so-called joke

 CBS Sports golf analyst David Feherty’s distasteful joke about the willingness of any U.S. soldier to murder House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (see HERE) is going over like a proverbial lead balloon.

 The network and the PGA Tour have both issued STATEMENTS criticizing Feherty’s lame attempt at humor.

 Of course, this is the point at which conservatives predictably will accuse CBS and the PGA of bowing to “political correctness.”

 UPDATE: THIS PINHEAD sees criticisms of Feherty’s joke as “attacks on the First Amendment.”

 Such ignorance of the Constitution is mind-boggling.
