Conservatives on high court are judicial activists who scoff at state sovereignty

Hey, I thought right-wingers were opposed to judicial activism and always supported state sovereignty.
But that wasn’t the case in the ruling handed down Monday in Ricci v. DeStefano, as Nathan Newman explains HERE.

I have no idea who Nathan Newman is and, after reading his incomprehensible linked opinion, I have no interest in finding out.

Thank You MC. You hit the nail on the head.
Just more from Pats school of thought. I would think that Pat might try and blog about something more worth while for once. But what else can one expect from Liberals?

It would be great if we could take are lap top in the bathrooms with us it would be like reading the funnies. Is that what you want to say Richard #1 about Pats blog.

Realfoxnews, You Got it! Sad thing is that I have seen more informative reading on bathroom walls than from Pats blog. You would think that if Pat was so proud of his party and legislation that they are forcing to the senate. He would want to boast about that, right? Nope! Not Pat. Does Rush not refer to Pat’s type as the drive by media? Case and Point here.

Richard, then why are you here? Did you run out of bathroom walls to read?

Thanks, joe. I was wondering the same thing. And speaking of bathrooms, Richard’s spelling, punctuation and grammar suggest that he spent more time in the boys’ can than in the classroom back in his school days.

Oh Boo Hoo!!! You hurt my feelings again Pat. Great coming from a true void surrounded by a sphincter muscle.
