I must have been watching judge Judy then today, this lady was beating around the bush on a lot of the Questions. Both Dems and Gop said that.

The point here, Fox boy, is that Sessions is wrong in saying that Sotomayor’s responses were less clear and forthcoming than those of Alito and Roberts at their respective confirmation hearings. The video shows the latter two nominees to have been at least as evasive as Sotomayor has been, if not more.
