Pat.
I just read your link to this with all the post listed underneath. With all your great knowledge of the bible and verses. Please explain to me how you can be the Christian you claim to be yet promote this anti religion, pro abortion garbage.

richard: Did you watch the video? It’s ANTI-abortion, and PRO-religion.
Oh, and what kind of Christian have I claimed to be? I’ve never expounded my religious beliefs here.
But, once again, richard, you presume to judge the religious beliefs of others without even knowing what they are. And, of course, you want to tell us how righteous you are and how those who have other beliefs are all going to hell.

By the way, richard, your objection to the material to which I linked suggests that you’re an admirer of Randall Terry.
It figures.
Randall Terry has warned that “violent convulsions” might erupt among zealots of his ilk if Congress fails to exclude coverage of abortion services from pending health-care legislation.
He’s also said that he favors a theocratic America. He once told his followers:
“I want you to just let a wave of intolerance wash over you. I want you to let a wave of hatred wash over you. Yes, hate is good…. Our goal is a Christian nation. We have a Biblical duty, we are called by God, to conquer this country. We don’t want equal time. We don’t want pluralism.”

Yes Pat. The video is anti abortion. What you fail to mention in your attack on me is that the website in which you linked the video to is anti religion. Pro abortion.
The fact that you use a anti religion, pro abortion web site as a reference to your views. It does not take a rocket scientist to tell what your views are. Not like this is the only time in which you have done this.
By the way Pat. You have yet to answer my question to what christian faith does not frown on abortion. If I am being self righteous. Prove me wrong. Answer the question ya knob!

Speaking of “charming fellows”, Pat, what do you think of your, and Obama’s, good buddy, Rep. Grayson? See the following:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HL5iPKTzXAE
After this happened, B.Hussein Obama, in introducing the members of Congress in attendance, called Grayson – along with Florida Reps. Debbie Wasserman-Schultz and Kendrick Meek – as “outstanding members of Congress.”

Richard: There are various Christian denominations — the United Church of Christ, for example — that take a pro-choice stand on abortion. You can find more at this Web site of the Religious Coalition for Reproductive Choice: http://www.rcrc.org/about/members.cfm

Yes Pat. The United Church of Christ accepts abortion along with every other sin included in the Bible. The Church was formed in 1957.
Also known as the Christian Connection and identified with James O’Kelly, this loosely-defined group comprised a number of frontier movements that broke away from more established Anglo-Saxon denominations (namely Presbyterian, Methodist and Baptist) because they desired less rigid requirements of doctrine and church polity/organization. Adherents declared the Bible (especially the New Testament) as the sole doctrinal guide and claimed “no creed but Christ.” The Christian Church movement, by far the smallest of the four main traditions that became the United Church of Christ, was part of the family of similar movements which severed largely along liberal-conservative lines,
The national settings of the UCC have historically favored progressive or liberal views on civil rights, gay rights, women’s rights, abortion, and other social issues. ……..Wow Pat. You Liberals want to play by your own rules whether it be the Bible or Constitution.

No, Richard, ALL religious denominations — be they conservative, liberal or whatever — want to play by their own rules. That’s why there are so many different denominations. If their rules didn’t differ, they’d all be in one denomination. You think your rules are the right ones, but millions of religious folks differ with you. Why can’t you understand that?
By the way, you’re a member of the Church of God with Signs Following, aren’t you? Now, there’s an outfit with some interesting rules.
