  What are the odds we will see someone from MSNBC make a similar statement? Zero. Fox rocks.

  This reminds me of the old joke where a guy walks into a Texas bar advertising “all types of music”. After an hour of the same twangy sounding stuff he inquires about this to the bartender whose reply is “Heck Mister! We play BOTH kinds of music. Country AND Western.”

  Fox’s definition of ‘fair and balanced’ is: conservative AND republican.

  QuentinK - Its becoming more obvious by the day you have no idea what you’re talking about. You just spout off ideological rhetoric that is never backed up by facts. Face the truth, you’re a liberal.

  A study by the Pew Research Center showed that 40 percent of Fox News stories on Obama in the last six weeks of the campaign were negative. Similarly, 40 percent of Fox News’ stories on Obama’s Republican opponent, Sen. John McCain, were negative.

  On CNN, by contrast, there was a 22-point disparity in the percentage of negative stories on Obama (39 percent) and McCain (61 percent). The disparity was even greater at MSNBC, according to Pew, where just 14 percent of Obama stories were negative, compared to a whopping 73 percent of McCain stories—a spread of 59 points.

  So, Socialists, go ahead and try to prove me wrong that Fox is not Fair and Balanced compared to other news networks. The simple fact is that you can’t.

  Neftali NAILS IT!

  The reason the liberal crowd is so focused on hating Fox is that they don’t like hearing any viewpoint that contradicts their feel good view of utopia. They don’t want to think, they just want to feel good. (So that if we save the planet, tax the rich and call everyone who disagrees with us racist bigots we must be right. Heck, even most of the celebrities in Hollywood agree with us, so we must be right.)

  Being insulted by an idiot is a double negative therefore a compliment. Thanks.

  FOX news circumvents polls by reporting a ‘news’ story then following it up with very slanted commentary. These long winded diatribes are not part of the ‘news’ so are not counted as such. Believe what you want Netfali, I’ll take the truth.

  Obviously from the look on her face, she was totally not prepared for that and knew that she was caught in an “unfair and unbalanced” moment. In a normal journalism world, you have interviews set up with BOTH candidates and THEN you run the story.

  Like Shep, hate Fox.

  Your really stretching to read more into this. Watch a the beginning of the clip. She has the same look on her face as when Shep asks about the Democratic candidate. She is waiting for the question. There is somewhat of a delay on what looks to be a satellite up-link.

  I used to really enjoy Tim Russert because he was really fair. The Sunday shows are so lefty now it’s rediculous. They don’t even try anymore.
