Applesauce
Pat Cunningham offers an unabashedly liberal perspective on national politics. A note of caution: The language gets a litttle salty on some of the sites to which this blog links. So, don’t say you weren’t warned. By the way, this blog’s name is inspired by the Will Rogers quote, “All politics is applesauce.”

Fox News poll shows that overwhelming majority of Americans don’t blame Obama for economy

Fifty-eight percent of Fox poll respondents SAY George W. Bush is more to blame for the current state of the economy.

Even most Republicans don’t put the blame solely on President Obama.

But, of course, this is a Fox News poll, and we all know that Fox has a liberal bias. Heh, heh.

Roger: I’ve almost never had a problem with the polls commissioned by Fox News, which are conducted by an independent firm. My problem is with the reporting of so-called news on Fox.

Pat and you think MSNBC is new? That’s why Fox has twice the people watching almost.

Pat, as always……your a knob. Just act as if your feelings are hurt so Neftali can coddle you some more. No need for another personal attack. Just boo hoo a little bit and I am sure Neftali will give you the poor , poor Pat routine.
Your point was made RFN. Pat attacks when he can not refute the facts.

    Pat,

I am truly curious, at what point will the President have to assume the blame/credit for the economy? Next year, next term, in the history books? He and his party are doing nothing to actually help the economy long term. Stimulus money has created or saved jobs at an exhorbitant cost per job, even if you believe the questionable numbers. Cash for clunkers and the home buyer credit are the same story.

Interesting also to ponder, if the economy had taken a quick turn for the positive this fall, with unemployment dropping into the 7-8% range would he have taken credit for that improvement or thanked George for his fine work?

The public doesn’t like the direction that B. Hussein Obama , “Dingy Harry” Reid, and “Nasty” Pelosi, are taking this country.

    RCP Average 10/12 - 10/25
    Approve: 38.8%
    Disapprove: 55.5%
    Spread: -16.7%

Obama & CO. can’t even get their job-creation numbers right.
