Applesauce
Pat Cunningham offers an unabashedly liberal perspective on national politics. A note of caution: The language gets a litttle salty on some of the sites to which this blog links. So, don’t say you weren’t warned. By the way, this blog’s name is inspired by the Will Rogers quote, “All politics is applesauce.”

You wingnuts will want to spend hours and hours at THIS CAMPAIGN WEB SITE for George Hutchins (above), a Republican candidate for Congress in North Carolina. It even has a video of Al Jolson in blackface. You’re not going to see stuff like that in a campaign for any weasely RINO, right?

Hutchins is much more than just a birther. He’s a full-fledged, world-class chucklehead.  And he’d make a great running mate for Sarah Palin in 2012.

CORRECTION: The aforementioned video doesn’t show the actual Al Jolson in blackface. Rather, it’s actor Larry Parks playing the part of Jolson in “The Jolson Story.” No big difference. Just thought I’d tell you.

Have to love those teeth. I can just picture him shootin’ at his food when up from the ground comes a bubblin’ crude. What in tarnation makes him think he belongs in Congress?

    Unbelievable. Simply unbelievable. (Sigh.)

There is one major difference between Cons and Libs, however, that makes me very happy: The Cons have got these brain-dead goobers on THEIR side.

See the interesting part is that at least the Republicans will not actually elected this weirdo. Whereas the Democrats love to elect and keep them.

This guy would fit in well in the Democrat Party of ILL.

  • 6. Tim  |  November 10th, 2009 at 7:33 pm

Was that the six-year-old picture of the decider announcing the end of the war?

Remember last week when they said Bush would never undermined our military by participating in photo op. What a load of crap.

realfoxnews: There is no such thing as the “Democrat Party of Illinois.” Only idiots and Republicans (redundant?) refer to the Democratic Party as the “Democrat Party.” Stupid Publicans.

From snuss’s link to some idiotic right-wing Web site featuring a picture of Bush #43 in his infamous “Mission Accomplished” costume with the following caption:

    “That’s the decider. That’s leadership.”

Excuse me, snuss, but isn’t The Great Decider….

…..the one who ignored warnings about Osama bin Laden plotting to attack within the US?
…..the one who started two illegal wars?
…..the one who let Osama bin Laden escape to Pakistan?
…..the one who flew over the damage done by Hurricane Katrina and waved to the survivors?
…..the one who authorized the illegal torture of detainees in secret prisons?
…..the one who authorized the illegal tapping of telephones of all Americans?
…..the one who alienated the rest of the world?
…..the one who squandered a massive budget surplus?
…..the one who drove our economy to the edge of a cliff?

If that’s your idea of leadership, snuss, then you’re every bit the goober pictured above. You and he are two peas in a pod.

    Nitwit.

Orlando…clay, Since you don’t there is more than one person to blame, lets go down the list.

…..the one who ignored warnings about Osama bin Laden plotting to attack within the US?

Clinton setup the wall between the CIA and the FBI so they could not share information.

…..the one who started two illegal wars?

    Voted YES by Democrats also

…..the one who let Osama bin Laden escape to Pakistan?

Clinton missed opportunity to kill Osama. More to the story that Woodward would have you believe on Bush.

…..the one who flew over the damage done by Hurricane Katrina and waved to the survivors?

What, maybe he should have done a photo op like Obama does at every tragedy.

Ray Nagin had buses sitting under water.

…..the one who authorized the illegal torture of detainees in secret prisons?

    Good

…..the one who authorized the illegal tapping of telephones of all Americans?

    Not true, not domestic wiretapping.
…..the one who alienated the rest of the world?
    Don’t care
…..the one who squandered a massive budget surplus?
And Obama is doing a much better job.
…..the one who drove our economy to the edge of a cliff?
Yep Elmer Fudd and gang had nothing to do with it.

And aren’t the Democrats the ones who…..

Ignored several chances to capture Bin Laden, BEFORE 9-11?
also VOTED for the two wars, and celebrated the victories?
Said the war in Iraq was “lost”?
Accused our Troops of being “murderers”, before hearings were even held? (They were acquitted)
Compared our troops to Nazis, Pol Pot, and terrorists?
Put our children and grandchildren in debt to the Chinese, by quadrupling our debt with the “Spendulous” package.
Promised the “Spendulous” package would stop unemployment at 8.8% (now at 10.2%)?
Passed a $1.2 trillion “healthcare” package in the House that would assess $250,000 fines AND jail time, for refusing to buy health insurance, and will probably bankrupt the country?
Took campaign contributions from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, and “sweetheart” loans from the insurance companies?
Had $90,000 of FBI bribe money in their freezer?
Describes concerned taxpayers as Nazis, domestic terrorists, and mobsters?

If that’s your idea of leadership, orlando, then you’re every bit the Barking MoonBat I thought you were. Calling you an idiot would over-estimate your true intelligence by a factor of at least 10.

Also, you are ugly, and your mother dresses you funny.

If you hold this picture up against the nut job from Florida, no I’m not talking about Orlando my mom forgot to take her pill. Its Wilson die fast man.
