Newt is always a great one to watch and listen to. Editors of news programs know that Newt’s knowledge of American history will draw many viewers. He has an interesting way of presenting the facts.

I have a better question: If Fox News is so conservative, why isn’t it bashing the big budget hollywood far liberal leaning anti-war propoganda Avatar? Oh yeah, it was released by Fox Studios! Rupert Murdoch is laughing all the way to the bank.

Well, you could also say that if Fox is so conservative, how come Mara Liasson and Juan Williams spend so much time there, not to mention Geraldo?
Newt is a smart politician. Why talk to people in his party’s base? He wants to convert people, and Newt actually has good ideas we could learn from.

Newt just became a Catholic in May. I don’t fault policiticians for being poor at morals — I fault them for campaigning as “family” or “morality” platforms WHILE being poor at morals.
He is one of the few conservatives I have know that has publicly stated he believes in climate change as a result of dumping carbon into the atmosphere. He is for tax breaks rather than cap and trade accoring to his Wiki article.
MSNBC has Joe Scarborough on all morning. Some bunch of liberals.

Because every now and then NBC needs someone intelligent to come on and inform them of the facts. Notice how a lot of these libs are too scarred to go on FOX though. Can’t stand it when a host doesn’t cozy up to them and spoon while lobbing softball questions.
