Clarke advised against surveillance flights to track bin Laden in Afghanistan: Anticipating an attack, “old wily Usama will likely boogie to Baghdad”, where he would be impossible to find.
Yeah he seems to know what right..Not

Clarke also advised several times to the Bush admin, “Bin Laden determined to attack the US”, and his intel was ignored. Maybe it is time to listen
