As wacky as those three stooges are, there’s no way any of them can top U.S. Rep. Louie Gohmert. He has retired the crown for GOP zaniness forevermore.
Gohmert has a long record of idiotic utterances. His “terror babies” conspiracy theory (HERE) is just one of many examples.
But the man outdid himself in a rant on the floor of the House of Representatives the other day when he said President Obama’s intervention in Libya might well be a plot to deplete our military and thereby justify the call-up of a private army created by the “Obamacare bill.”
The only thing he left out was a warning that the private army would try to sap us of our precious bodily fluids.
