Absent any Democratic votes, House Speaker John Boehner will need 37 Tea Partiers on his side to gain approval for any measure that increases the debt ceiling. But Boehner already has said that all but one of the Tea Party members in his caucus refuse to support ANY hike in the debt ceiling.
