It’s only natural, of course, that Mitt Romney wants the race for the Republican presidential nomination wrapped up well before the end of the primary season. After all, he’s the only candidate who could win the nod in such a scenario.
But now Mittens is saying that a brokered convention — one in which he likely would not become the nominee — might well spell defeat for the GOP in the November election.
