Anyone who thinks that President Obama’s regulatory version of the Dream Act is likely to be overturned by the Supreme Court had better think again.
In ruling today against much of Arizona’s immigration law, the high court said, in effect, that the federal government has broad discretion under federal law to decide whom to deport.
Perhaps that’s why Justice Scalia, in dissenting from the majority opinion on the Arizona law, also criticized Obama’s immigration directive.

It did not. The Supreme court room made it clear, it is Obama’s Constitutional Duty to ENFORCE OUR IMMIGRATION LAWS, not ignore them. If he is derelict in his U.S. Constitutional duties, he can be impeached.
