Supreme Court’s most eagerly-awaiting rulings likely to come on Monday?

The Justices of the US Supreme Court sit

The U.S. Supreme Court handed down a few relatively minor rulings this morning, which means that the more controversial stuff —  decisions on gay marriage, voting rights and affirmative action — won’t come along until Monday, or, in one or two of those cases, perhaps later next week.

By tradition, the court shuts down at the end of June, not to return until the first Monday in October.
