Based on either of these two scenarios, maybe Rockford real estate may soon become a good investment. Either way, my bet is the southwestern states and Mexico become unbearably hot to the point of becoming uninhabitable by 2100 or sooner, not to mention lacking in potable water to support the current population trends. My bet is sooner.
Wow. It looks like my area will get more than their average 6 -7 inches of precipitation per year (whether we need it or not). Then we can stop that socialistic government irrigation program. 🙂
