Dear Sen. McCain: Sarah Palin’s son isn’t autistic

Likely conversation between McCain and one of his handlers after last night’s debate: “By the way, Sen. McCain, Sarah’s son has Down Syndrome, not autism, so you might not want to make that mistake again.”
McCain: “Oh. Well, Trig is a special needs child, and that’s the point I was trying to make, that we need to help families with special needs.”
Handler: “I understand that, sir. But it sounded like you didn’t know what you were talking about. And it sounded like you were pandering to voters because everybody today is talking about autism. And it seems like most everybody else knows that Down Syndrome and autism are completely different developmental disabilities.”
McCain: “10-4, my friend.”
Handler: (silently, to himself: “Hope it’s not over-and-out.”)

Since you’re the expert on mental handicaps, what type of mental handicap does Joe Biden have? It’s more than just being plain stupid….And what kind of deranged syndrome do you and the left have with Sarah Palin. Let’s see, she’s inexperienced and can’t be President. Obambi is inexperienced and will be a great president. Sounds like a double standard to me, but what do us common folk know. I’ll just sit back in my trailer and wait for you to enlighten us peasants.

Steelhawk: What I blogged about are developmental disabilities, which many kids are born with. Sounds like you have anger issues, which you can pretty much resolve with help.
And as for something for you to look at on the bright side: I bet your trailer is paid for, so you have reason to be proud these days.

Your blog was meant as a jab at an older guy running for President. Period. You’re the hater. Why do you care about mental disabilities. I thought libs wanted all children discovered with mental illness should be aborted. That’s one of the reasons Sarah Palin is so hated. She brought her pregnancy to term knowing the baby had a dissability. You know that shouldn’t happen in the liberals world. That baby should have been killed, removed and dumped. Sad world that liberals live in.
