Frankly those that have lost income were probably living on the edge before that a refinancing will not help. Our government should be preaching living within our means rather then get out and go more into debt! That's most of the reason we are in the shape were in. As someone put it sustainable growth is what America needs and not debt induced growth. I guess our own government fails to realize this. I am not very optimistic about where things are going ether.
