June 13th, 2008 at 03:59pm Ashley Allen
Are you feeling emotionally, mentally, and physically drained at work? You might be experiencing job burnout! Everyone has their share of rough days at work, but when those few rough days turn into every day, something needs to be done to change the situation. No one should let their work get to a point where it starts to affect their health. Here are some signs of burnout:
- Feeling hopeless             Â
- Lack of motivation
- Cynicism                              Â
- Irritability
- Frustration                            Â
- Isolation

Ashley - Changing jobs can help. All the stats say unemployment is up but when I look at all the 100K and 200K jobs posted online I wonder what gives?

So I’m not sure I understand why everyone is making $150K….very strange.

Susan-
You don’t have to be making $150K to be experiencing burnout…people at all pay ranges can be affected.
Best advice I can give those who are seeking employement would be to visit a staffing agency- the recruiters can match your skill levels and desired pay with open positions!
