New medical spa plans March 6 grand opening

Juventas Medical Spa is celebrating its grand opening March 6 from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.  Its owner and manager, Dr. Joseph Eckburg, has been a family practice physician in the Rock River Valley area for 13 years. He has received certifications in laser procedures, sclerotherapy and Botox/Juvederm injections, according to a release from the company.

The spa, at 7117 Crimson Ridge Drive, Suite 3, Rockford, has been open since Feb. 18 — and up through its grand opening date, is offering special rates of 40 percent off all treatment packages as well as Botox for $9 per unit (its normal price will be $12 per unit).

Services at the spa include photo facial rejuvenation, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, laser hair removal  and laser vein therapy among other procedures.
