The Ember is closed

Looks like the Ember Restaurant and Bar has closed in A Perryville Place, but no word on when, or if, it will reopen. The sign on the door says it’s closed due to a family emergency, but we’ve also heard the owners have been in touch with other restaurateurs who might have an interest in setting up shop there.  Ashlesha Nigam, one of the owners of the plaza, said she had heard that one of the owners would be out of the country for a while, but didn’t know much beyond that. It remains to be seen whether there’s any more retail or restaurant potential at the site, where Cusco Jack’s was located until it closed earlier this year.
