Rockford has one of the highest unemployment rates in the nation. While the owners of this establishment have chose to turn their backs on local workers by using people from far away to complete their project do they honestly expect local people to frequent their establishment? Will the Tilted Kilt cash unemployment checks at their bar to drum up business? They won’t receive one penny from my family. We will take our business to local establishments that respect local workers and don’t add to our community’s skyrocketing unemployment rate. They recently repaired over a dozen screens for my home, had it all done the next day. The help I received in the plumbing department was extremely helpful. All the best to those now unemployeed.
